Update : 8.23.2024 Registered kyusha owners, your paper confirmation letters have NOT YET mailed out. Expected mailing will be around 1st week of October.

Arrival Time Windows for Registered Owners

  • PINK papers –  Arrival @ 7:00 am – 7:30 am. *subject to change!!
  • YELLOW & GREEN papers –  Arrival @ 7:30am to 8:30 am *subject to change!!
  • ** Motorcycles with truck – @7:00 am ** Motorcycle riding-in @7:30-8:30 am CLICK this page
  • If you’ve changed your registered car – arrive @ 8:30 am for on-site kyusha screening and parking re-arrangement
  • 🥶I can not make it!! or 😭Where is my letter? Please read this page
  • ⚠️Towing Trailer Owners – Current Status Unknown . As stated during registration, please make your own arrangements for trailer parking, as there will be no on-site trailer parking available. Any updates will be posted here and communicated via email.
  • What will I get in my Registered Omiyage package? Read this page

JCCS exclusively accepts pre-registered cars. There will be no on-site registration, without exceptions. Thanks for your understanding!

REMINDER: YOU HAVE AGREED TO THE RULES AND CONDITIONS AT YOUR TIME OF REGISTRATION

Judging will begin at 10:00 AM and will take place between 10:00 AM and 12:00 Noon

  1. Keep the engine hood open.
  2. Please remain by your vehicle until the judges arrive. (There are many cars to judge.)
  3. Display your ID card on the dashboard. (You’ll receive it upon arrival.)
  4. Keep your ID card on the dashboard even after judging is complete so JCCS photographers can easily identify your car.
