Registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE except in the following cases:
- Your vehicle is not accepted by JCCS® and you are notified by email.
- A duplicate payment was made.
No other exceptions apply.
Registration fees will NOT be refunded if:
- You cancel your participation for any reason, including schedule changes, illness, injury, emergency, or any other personal circumstances.
- You do not attend the event for any reason (No Show).
- The City of Long Beach cancels or postpones the event for any reason, including public health orders or directives issued by the County of Los Angeles, the State of California, or any other government agency. In such cases, JCCS® may arrange a designated date for registered participants to pick up their event merchandise and registration items. No registration fee refunds will be issued.
- You initiate a payment dispute or chargeback for any JCCS® registration or purchase. By doing so, you will no longer be eligible to participate in the current and all future JCCS® events. Any chargeback fees incurred by JCCS® (currently $30) will be your responsibility.
No Show Policy
If you are unable to attend, your event package may be picked up in person by you, a family member, or a friend before 12:00 PM on the day of the event. Packages will NOT be shipped, and no refunds will be issued.
We appreciate your understanding that all accepted vehicles must meet the JCCS® eligibility, screening, and judging standards established for this event.** Registration Fee will ONLY be refunded when: Your vehicle is not accepted, for any reasons, and informed so by JCCS® via e-mail and when payments are made in duplication. No exceptions.
