EVENT PROMOTERS, CITY AND THE VENUE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THE RULES LISTED TO ENHANCE THE EVENT WITHOUT NOTICE AT ANY TIME.


ALCOHOL, WEAPON, SHARP OBJECTS, DRONES, ARE PROHIBITED IN THE SHOW AND GENERAL PARKING LOT. Participants or visitors will be removed from the venue by the security staff if any of above are carried. ZERO TOLERANCE policy.


JCCS 2024 Cancelation Policy  << Click

Registration fee is NON-REFUNDABLE for any cancelation unless it is a duplicated payment or JCCS cancels your registration.


(1) 2 ADULTS IN 1 SHOW-CAR / or 1 MOTORCYCLE.

Any car with more than two adults (excluding children under 12) will require admission tickets for all passengers to be present at the show along with the registered owner. To avoid potential accidents or injuries due to the increased activity in the show-car area, we ask that each registered show car vehicle limit the number of passengers to two adults (1 driver and 1 passenger, not including children) during the early morning hours before 9 AM, when cars are still being directed and arranged.


(2) PLAN TO STAY ALL DAY. ALL SHOW CARS AND MOTORCYCLES EXIT TIME – COULD BE AS LATE AS 4:00 PM

While JCCS ends at approximately 3pm after the award ceremony, you will be asked to wait to leave the park as late as 4:00 pm or later. This is to facilitate our spectators exiting the park safely, quickly and happily. JCCS will do the best to clear the venue as quickly as we can, however please do not start your car’s engine until the park is cleared of spectators. All vehicles and motorcycles will be asked to leave by GROUP in each parking zone. Unless any other directions are given to start engine to exit, or directed to do so by the security officers, you are NOT allowed to start the engine. NO EXCEPTIONS.


(3) TOWED VEHICLES/MOTORCYCLES OR TRAILERS:

Trailer/Tow vehicle parking condition is NOT confirmed at this moment. We may not be able to accommodate any towing cars near venue. Unless the registered owners make their own arrangement, JCCS is not responsible to transport your kyusha to the show. No refund will be made for any cancelation due to trailer parking conditions. Sorry for any inconvenience. We will update anything about the trailer parking once the city of Long Beach provides us more information. (7.1.2024 update)

Regardless, be DRIVABLE. The show-cars MUST DRIVE INTO THE DESIGNATED SHOW CAR SPOT


(4) Show cars and Motorcycle entry begins at 7:00am 

(subject to change) Entry gate will be closed at 8:45am. Your reserved spot is no guaranteed after 8:45am. No late arrivals. However the goodie bags are available for you to pick up before 12 pm on day of show.


 (5) Public open for spectators : 9:00 am to 3:00 pm (subject to change). Show cars remain until 4pm.

Spectators gate will be closed after 2:45pm. If you have friends/family visiting you at the show, their cooperation to return to your car by 2:45pm will help you go home quickly. There will be NO TICKET SALES or PUBLIC ENTRY after 2:45pm.


(6) NO personal BBQ, No loud music, No engine starts, No squealing of tires, No burnout, No race or cruising.

Security officers will immediately escort out those participants found in those activities. In past years several people received tickets from LBPD for racing on the street after the show, don’t be one of them.



(8) Damaged vehicles are not eligible to register.

(9) Banners, Flags, Tents or advertisements of/by non-participated sponsors of JCCS are not allowed to be displayed at the show.

Participants can bring a blank canopy only. Canopies should not obstruct the display of any vehicles and/or walkways.


(10) NO REMOVAL OF ANY PROPERTIES

Any event display equipment or any materials, are properties of JCCS®, vendors, participants, or the venue. They are NOT allowed to be removed. Materials such as: Banners, Signs, Chairs, Tables, any display accessories, Equipment, or Auto parts. Unauthorized removal is considered theft and subject to prosecution.


(11) Any participants with emergency reasons

to leave the show early, they must receive an authorization from JCCS® event staff, and have it approved by Long Beach Police Department, escorted by security officers on duty.


(12) Show participants must follow all directions and maintain slow speed (under 5 mph) in the park when drive.

(13) Parking zones 

will be based on car makes and models, unless any other instruction given by JCCS. Assigned parking spot is NOT to be altered. If you come with friends that drive different models, you will not be allowed to park together. Please follow JCCS staff instruction upon your arrival.


(14) Switching vehicles

Attendees arriving on the day of the show with vehicles that were not originally registered (switching cars) will be held at the entrance area at 8:30 AM and reassigned a parking spot based on availability since all parking spots are assigned based on the information provided on the registration forms. No exceptions. All switched vehicles will be screened by JCCS staff on-site if not done so prior to the show. There is no guarantee that these vehicles will be eligible to enter the show area. Unless notified Four weeks before the show, the parking zone may be assigned to the originally registered vehicles, and judging will be done accordingly. No last-minute arrangements can be made.


(15) Tranfering your Spot to others

Participants with transferred spots in last minutes are not guaranteed entry into the show. Vehicles will be held at the entrance area on the day of the show and reassigned a parking spot based on availability; further instructions will be given at the gate. Originally registered owners who wish to transfer their spot must contact JCCS at least two weeks before the show.

Important: All transferred vehicles will be screened by JCCS staff on-site if not done prior to the show. There is no guarantee that these vehicles will be eligible to enter the show area.


(16) JCCS Award Categories” 

are subject to change at anytime without notice. Judges decision is final. Award categorize are decided by JCCS® and once decided it is final.


(17) All children under age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult with his/her supervision at all time.


(18) There will be NO AT-GATE / DAY OF SHOW Registration.

(19) JCCS® 2024 is a RAIN or SHINE event, will be held outdoor.


(20) JCCS® has right to cancel any registration that we determined based on submitted images and information. See JCCS® show-cars eligibility detailsStock and modified cars are welcome, though we’re looking for outstanding examples. No project cars, mismatched paint, excessive rust or major dents, including patina finishes. JCCS® will review entry case by case. While some cars might not meet our criteria, there are many other wonderful shows you can attend, and we truly respect your own unique style.


(21) We, JCCS Association (including all staff, judges and the venue employees) reserve the right to refuse service / cancel registration / and or entrance to individuals we deem inappropriate. Any participants, visitors or exhibitors who fail (or has failed in the past) to follow the written rules and regulations or verbal instruction from the event staff is subject to disqualification and removal or/cancelation from the event. This also includes un-sportsman like behavior, excessive profanity, sexually explicit, violent, unethical, intoxicated, under the influence, questionable character or anything else deemed inappropriate by the event staff and the venue. That includes individuals who do not follow City of Long Beach Health Guidelines at the time of the event.
