Important Confirmation Letter Notice
Your paper confirmation letters will be mailed on the final week of Sept. Do NOT post photos of your confirmation letter on social media once you receive it. (In the past, unknown individuals have used them improperly.) Please place it in your registered vehicle so you don’t forget it.

JCCS exclusively accepts pre-registered cars. There will be no on-site registration, without exceptions. Thanks for your understanding!
REMINDER: YOU HAVE AGREED TO THE RULES AND CONDITIONS AT YOUR TIME OF REGISTRATION
Judging will begin at 10:00 AM and will take place between 10:00 AM and 12:00 Noon, and judges decision is final.
- Once your car is settled in, pick up your ID CARD (AKA *spec card / placement card) at the MAIN BOOTH. This is NOT your mailed confirmation letter so you MUST go to the MAIN BOOTH. Wait for announcement to approach the main booth.
- By 10:00 AM, you MUST put your ID CARD on your dash board (Again, your mailed confirmation is NOT your ID CARD).
- Judging duration is from 10-12:00 Noon. Judging your car requires ENGINE HOOD to be open. Stay by your car during this 10-12:00 Noon duration so judges can meet you.
- It is your responsibility to meet our judges when they arrive. With nearly 500 show cars being judged, we appreciate your patience.
- Keep your ID card on the dashboard even after judging is complete so JCCS photographers can easily identify your car.
- Car Entry Substitutions Request
- Current through September 26, 2025
Car entry substitution requests (switching to a different car than originally registered) by the original owner must notify JCCS, and arrive at 8:30 AM for on-site screening and parking re-arrangement.- Approval is not guaranteed, depending on vehicle condition.
- While we try our best, substituted cars may not be parked in the appropriate model zone and not guaranteed for a smooth judging.

- Day of Show Substitution
If the originally registered owner substitutes a car on the day of the show, they must arrive at 8:30 AM for on-site screening and parking re-arrangement.- Approval is not guaranteed depending on vehicle condition .

- In any case, registered owners are entitled to receive their registration Omiyage packages by visiting JCCS event main booth before 12pm on the day of show.
