Your Confirmation Letter Notice 9.21.2026 update
Your paper confirmation letters have been mailed out as of 9/21/2026 from Long Beach area. ⚠️DO NOT post photos of your confirmation letter on social media once you receive it. (In the past, unknown individuals have used them improperly.) Please place it in your registered vehicle so you don’t forget it on the day of show.
Towing Car Owners: Parking Pass now Available! 9.13.2026 update
The City of Long Beach has granted us to park “Approved Owner’s trailers” only at a nearby location. LINK

Arrival Time Windows : Your individual confirmation letter takes priority. Some zones have multiple arrival windows.

REMINDER: YOU HAVE AGREED TO THE RULES AND CONDITIONS AT YOUR TIME OF REGISTRATION
Judging will begin at 10:00 AM and will take place between 10:00 AM and 12:00 Noon, and judges decision is final.
- Once your car is settled in, pick up your ID CARD (AKA *Spec Sheet / Judge Card) at the MAIN BOOTH. This is NOT your mailed confirmation letter so you MUST go to the MAIN BOOTH. Wait for announcement to approach the main booth.
- By 10:00 AM, you MUST put your ID CARD on your dash board (Again, your mailed confirmation is NOT your ID CARD).
- Judging duration is from 10-12:00 Noon. Judging your car requires ENGINE HOOD to be open. Stay by your car during this 10-12:00 Noon duration so judges can meet you.
- It is your responsibility to meet our judges when they arrive. With nearly 500 show cars being judged, we appreciate your patience.
- NEVER REMOVE YOUR ID card off the dashboard even after judging is done so JCCS photographers can easily identify your car.
- As agreed at your time of registration, substituted show-car is not eligible to be judged, and arrive time is 8:30 AM for on-site screening and parking re-arrangement.
- Approval is not guaranteed, depending on vehicle condition.
- Day of Show Substitution
If the originally registered owner substitutes a car on the day of the show, they must arrive at 8:30 AM for on-site screening and parking re-arrangement.- Approval is not guaranteed depending on vehicle condition .
- The car is not eligible for judging.
- In any case, registered owners are entitled to receive their registration Omiyage packages by visiting JCCS event main booth before 12pm on the day of show.
