SALES PERMIT UPDATE 10/8/2025. JCCS staff has been making every effort to follow up with the City of Long Beach Business License & Permits Department regarding vendor sales permits.
- We submitted all applications that were turned in to us, and we have records of the dates submitted.
- However, only a few vendors have received their invoices and made payment to the City.
- Please be prepared to meet a City Inspector on site at JCCS, as they may be processing outstanding payments directly during the event.
We have repeatedly called and emailed the department, but unfortunately, we have not received follow-up responses.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we work through this with the City.

💳 We strongly advise all vendors to adopt a cashless payment system for enhanced safety measures. (T-mobile is strong around the venue)
⚠️ Please wait until after 8:30 AM to reposition or adjust your display cars upon entering the venue. This helps avoid congestion and ensures smooth staging of over 500 participant vehicles. Your cooperation is appreciated.
📃As part of our standard requirements, all vendors are obligated to carry their own business liability insurance.

🔹 Your City of Long Beach Sales Permit
Your sales permit application has been submitted to the City of Long Beach. Unfortunately, they are currently processing applications on a last-minute basis. Please monitor your email inbox for an invoice from the City. Additionally, please check your junk/spam folders for the invoice.
If you do not receive an invoice prior to the event, a city inspector may visit your booth on-site to collect the permit fee in person due to their side of delay processing an invoice on time. This is normal and acceptable. We have all proof that submission was made to the city ON TIME.
