1992 Lexus ES300. Dark Emerald Pearl (6M1) and Dark Gray Metallic (UA45) on Black Leather (LA25), with the 5-Piece Gold Kit. Manufactured at the Tsutsumi plant (Toyota, Aichi, Japan) in April 1992, and purchased new on May 23, 1992, from Longo Lexus in El Monte, California. Lived its entire life in Los Angeles. I bought it from the 85-year-old original owner in 2022, because it was the identical twin of my parents’ car when I was a kid (same year, model, and color combination, except ours was purchased new from Putnam Lexus in Redwood City, California). It currently has approximately 109,000 miles, wears its original white block-letter California license plates, and was given a five-step paint correction detail by the Petersen Automotive Museum in 2025.
